Studio Rental Rates and Rental Information
Rental rate for 1 day on most trailers that belong to us is
$800.00,
A 1 day rental can encompass delivery late afternoon the day prior and return
pickup AM the day following.
(e.g. Deliver late afternoon Monday, trailer is used on Tuesday, return pick-up
AM on Wednesday)
A single additional day is $600.00.
Rate for 1 week is $1,700.00 (e.g. deliver AM Monday, pickup AM the following Monday)
Delivery charge on all units
will be quoted depending on distance and time of day needed
Longer rental periods will be quoted, discounts may apply
for multiple units rented at the same time.
Our payment policy is COD or payment in advance in most cases.
If we agree to accept and receive either by fax or as an original,
a valid signed Purchase Order, the following applies.
Once we receive a signed Purchase Order and we have hooked up to the trailer to
deliver it as
requested, you have rented that trailer and the rental charges are due and
payable.
There are no refunds for un-used rent,
In our delivery rate we include 1/2 hour of drivers time after trailer arrives at
its destination|
to allow for parking of trailer. If driver is delayed or kept past the initial 1/2 hour,
billable time is $85.00
per hour in quarter hour increments.
The person designated to receive the delivery will be advised when the trailer
has arrived.
We request that a name and phone number be provided as to who is receiving the
delivery.
We sometimes have available trailers that belong to private parties,
rates on
those vary
depending on model and condition.
We also sometimes have available trailers that can be rented as a "rent to
wreck",
for companies that do not wish to acquire a trailer as an asset through a
purchase.
On this type of rental we reserve the right to examine the remains of the
trailer to determine if it
is destroyed or to be returned to us.
If destroyed the customer is responsible to take care of
the disposal of anything left from the trailer, If trailer is
in a condition
that it is still intact or useable in some way and can be transported safely on its own wheels it is
returned to us.
No modifications are to be done to any rented trailer
without prior authorization.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our
control.
Windy conditions can prevent or delay delivery, especially in desert locations.
Customer
is responsible for insuring that the location is
accessible, safe and will accommodate the trailer.
Driver will advise customer if they deem there to be a risk of the trailer
or our truck
becoming stuck in soft or muddy ground. Regardless of whether the
driver has made an assessment
of the delivery location customer is responsible for any costs incurred
to extract a trailer and/or tow vehicle should it/they become
stuck in soft ground while positioning where customer directs.
